Are we governed by a rule of law that requires our getting up every morning? In the ancient days, the Egyptians believed that they were drawn by the force of light. This force could only be spelt out as the sun. The sun is a massive force that disseminates energy that curls us out of bed. It is the main natural source of energy, vitamin D and light. All this adds up to the reason, why our brain's are designed to alert us into waking up in the morning. The need to find these main useful contents should ultimately, make us sought after the sun.
