Broken

Time has stood still, abandoned me as i drop down to my knee. My heart has sunk so deep... I am in pain. Those razor sharp words stabbed me in the back. I am back to where i started, I see the day, i see the night, i see where we parted.  I hear the rudeness of their voices, and yet i smile with no choice. They hunted, chased until i stopped, i wanted for all this to come to a winning halt.  They left me drowning in their gossip, and they filled you instead with their chatter and sour hearts. You gave up so easy, and ran towards the start, that brought the time so still. I've soaked in the sun, baked with time, i would have given up all the fun, all the drinks with lime ,just to have you as mine. The truth is i will be just fine! Go on, i will remember you still.

Escape from Blood Diamond

Photo Courtesy of  Culanth Escape from Blood Diamond "This is dark, but this is survival," he said. He dug deep found the pearl among the swine. But they found him, hidden amongst the thicket, glazed with dust and sprinkled water. Stranger in their eyes, he clasped his jewel in the palm of his hands, held onto it, like “manna” in the desert. Boa, stared right beneath their stare and saw the green look in their eyes. He knew he would be isolated, made into an alien in his own village. He saw the Bullets of war, polished with raw blood, sparkling in the dusty roads. Bruised bodies, emerging from the ground. The ground of riches, the earth of diamonds. Their fingers dripping with blood, diamonds clasped tightly in their arms. The crystal left them with broken arms, plunging faces coated with thin bones edging into their dusty skin. Boa knew he was next, to be hit hard with steel-iron, fired with greed. He swore to them he had nothing, tears curvi

Finding the Sun

Photo courtesy of   The Sun     Humans generally follow the same schedule.  We generally wake up in the morning and go to bed in the evening. Is there perhaps a force that propels us to do this?  Are we governed by a rule of law that requires our getting up every morning? In the ancient days, the Egyptians believed that they were drawn by the force of light.  This force could only be spelt out as the sun. The sun is a massive force that disseminates energy that curls us out of bed. It is the main natural source of energy, vitamin D and light.  All this adds up to the reason, why our brain's are designed to alert us into waking up in the morning.  The need to find these main useful contents should ultimately, make us sought after the sun. It shoots up in an amazing way, it's flames firing up to illuminate the world.  We could perhaps, take hold of these brightness and save up on the billed electricity.  The warmth it brings, engulfs our houses and by setting up s

A mile away

Photo courtesy of  Wrecked I have been there, already done that.  I had the test of time swaying me like a rocking boat.  In those silent waters. I saw the wicked, met the saints.  I crossed the bridge that was a hundred feet deep.  Lessons are learned when you dine your last supper. The bread mixed with wine, the stare of betrayal vivid across the hall.  Poison ivy, sweet and sour! That bitter taste fills the emptiness of an innocent soul. Preaching kindness, and laughter soars high. Picking up the pieces and trailing back home.  It's a mile away from the dark clouds. You weep and trudge on, stronger and the greatest gift of all, wiser!  Don't give up, its just a mile away!

Shortest Inbox

Photo Courtesy of  Shortest Inbox He wrote me this letter before signing out... "Hey there, words escape me.. The look in your eyes,  the little words that just can't be said without the heavy beating of my  heart. The heart that misses you every time we part.  You have infected me with a trojan that can never be scanned"  I wept..........💘

Solid Gold

Photo courtesy of  Golden Temple The silent waters cascade and silently disperse into the holy monument. It is the Solid Golden temple. Preference is made to those with minted coins, silver and decked paper money. Every inch wrapped in glass, delicate to the core of its sparkle.  It is like walking on sunshine, crystal heat and the whole room fires up and there you see everything clearly! Perfect crafted walls standing on solitude ground but floating on water. It's simply amazing watching the gold Amritsar stare at me perched on the lake. There it is, my golden temple religiously inviting me.  It's a shame it lies on my desk, that brown image printed on my calendar.

Finding happiness

Photo rights courtesy of  Michael Forsberg     Getting to sustain a feeling like happiness shouldn't take much effort. It should brood from within, and bring forth an energy that will definitely make your life worth living for.  I discovered that happiness is not hard to find. It lies at the most inexpensive shelter ever created.  Here is the truth, happiness is within yourself!  It only takes a flame to ignite that feeling within you.

The Daily pages

I am reading the pages, and at this age, it feels like a cage. The presence of rumors, drafted on countless leaflets. There is a man across the street hailing," here is a copy, extra-extra, read everything about it!" I hand out my note that exchanges money for paper. It's a battle for words, as i look across the daily headlines. I am swamped by the heaviness of emotions and the reporting of situations. Page 2, is clothed in an ironic twist of words, and an intelligent review of fame. It holds the bold and italics colorfully coated with smiling letters and playful words. I am in happy land, there is excitement, bountiful, flaring and firing me up. I love this section perused every bit of it, the cartoonist satire is plucking humor and that tickles me...
